Tony Loughman PhD prepares urine samples

Tony loads the plates

Accurate dispensing is critical

Following initial incubation plates are washed

It is very important to have your washer optimized for the plates being washed

After washing the plates should be tapped dry if any residual liquid remains

A multichannel pipette is used for aspirating conjugate

All wells receive conjugate

Following incubation, wash, substrate addition and a further incubation stop solution can be added to terminate the assay

Clear color change is observed in the calibrators
