Argutus Medical are currently developing the world's first specific human collecting duct biomarkers. The project was commenced in 2008 and some very encouraging results have been seen from patients known to have acute papillary injury episodes. Using its patented Histomics
(R) biomarker discovery system, Argutus Medical have identified a number of human collecting duct specific proteins and developed a number of candidate antibodies.
