This is a monoclonal murine IgM antibody directed to human kidney. In this image the secondary antibody was AlexaFluor 488 goat anti mouse IgM, µ chain specific.
This antibody also reacts with rat kidney. In rat kidney it reacts with cortical, medullary and papillary collecting ducts plus cortical (subcapsular) proximal tubules.
