Human Collecting Duct - HuPapVII2B11

This is one of the first human collecting duct antibodies that Argutus Medical worked on.

The first image shows a cross section of human kidney section using just anti-HuPapVII2B11 antibody.

HuPapVII2B11b

The below image shows an indirect double fluorescent staining on healthy human kidney tissue.
1. HuPapVII2B11 murine anti human collecting duct IgM antibody (Red). Indirect immunofluorescence with AlexaFluor 595 anti murine µchain secondary antibody.
2. PapX5C10 murine anti rat collecting duct IgG1 antibody (Green). Indirect immunofluorescence with AlexaFluor 488 labeled goat anti mouse IgG1 antibody reacts on human kidney with loops of Henle.
