Here is a wonderful image of a section of human kidney. A glomerulus (the dark round area in the center) is shown surrounded by large proximal tubules stained red by the IgM antibody PMII39H9. Between the large proximal tubules, the small connecting tubules are stained green by the IgG antibody PMII25I. This same antibody (PMII25I) stains subcapsular connecting tubules in rat.
