Description
The Renal Papillary Antigen 1 (RPA-1) antibody was discovered by Argutus Medical and its collaborator in 2003 and is proven to be specific to the collecting duct epithelial cells of the rat nephron.
The below image shows the PapX5C10 monolconal mouse-anti-rat antibody (anti-RPA-1) on healthy rat kidney slices, composed to cover the rat kidney in total. The secondary antibody in this case was AlexaFluor 595 goat anti mouse IgG (h&l). This image really demonstrates the specificty of PapX5C10 antibody for the rat collecting duct tubules.
