The Argutus Medical GST Yb1 EIA is a quantitative enzyme immunoassay for the assay of GST Yb1 in rat urine. The test procedure is based on the sequential addition of sample, anti GST Yb1-conjugate, and substrate to microassay wells coated with anti rat GST Yb1. The resultant colour intensity is proportional to the amount of GST Yb1 present in the sample. Assay range is 1.56-100 ug/L, equivalent to 19.5-1250 ug/L in stabilized samples diluted 1/10, and the total assay time is 2.25 hours.
