Rat KIM-1 ELISA

Assay Principle

The Rat KIM-1 ELISA is a quantitative enzyme immunoassay. The test procedure is based on the sequential addition of plate stabiliser, sample, antibody-enzyme conjugate and substrate to microassay wells coated with Rat KIM-1 antibody. The resultant colour intensity is proportional to the amount of Rat KIM-1 present in the sample.
